Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?

Open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → GoPeak → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid being charged. Apple handles all billing and refunds (reportaproblem.apple.com).

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Open GoPeak and tap Restore on the subscription screen, or go to Settings (gear icon on Home) → Restore purchases.

How is my height predicted?

GoPeak uses the mid-parental height method: the average of your parents' heights, plus 6.5 cm (2.5 in) for boys or minus 6.5 cm for girls, with a ±8.5 cm range. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, and not medical advice. Talk to a doctor about any growth concerns.

How do I delete my account or data?

In GoPeak go to Settings → Delete account to permanently remove your account and synced data. Settings → Erase all data removes data stored on your phone.
