Privacy Policy

GoPeak ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the GoPeak iOS app collects, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Who can use GoPeak

GoPeak is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us and we will help delete it.

2. Data you enter

You may enter your age, sex, height, weight, your parents' heights, habit answers, meals, sleep hours, journal notes and growth-plan progress. By default this data is stored only on your device.

3. Optional account and cloud sync

You can use GoPeak without an account. If you choose to create one (with Sign in with Apple or email and password), we store:

• Your email address (or Apple's private relay address) and an account ID, used to sign you in.
• A copy of the app data listed above, so it can be restored when you sign in on another device.

This data is stored with our backend provider Supabase (database hosting, United States), protected by row-level security so only your signed-in account can read it, and provides protection consistent with this policy. If you sign in with Apple, Apple shares your email (or a private relay address) with us under Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Deleting your account

In GoPeak, go to Settings › Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all synced data from our servers immediately. Data on your phone can be removed with Settings › Erase all data or by deleting the app.

5. Notifications

If you allow notifications, GoPeak schedules local reminders on your device (for example, to log meals or wind down for sleep). You can turn them off in GoPeak Settings or iOS Settings.

6. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment information. Apple shares limited, non-identifying transaction information needed to unlock your subscription.

7. Analytics and advertising

GoPeak contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs and no tracking. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not build advertising profiles.

8. Data retention and deletion

On-device data stays until you erase it or delete the app. Synced account data is kept until you delete your account, at which point it is removed immediately.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or US state laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your data. Because your data is stored on your device, you control it directly. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Contact us with any request.

10. Health information

GoPeak provides general wellness information and estimates. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
