Terms of Use

Effective October 8, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the GoPeak app. By using GoPeak you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies. If these Terms conflict with the EULA, these Terms control to the extent permitted.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you.

2. Not medical advice

GoPeak provides height estimates based on the mid-parental method and general wellness tips. Predictions are not guarantees. GoPeak is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Height is largely determined by genetics; no habit, food or exercise in the app can make you taller than your genetic potential. Always consult a doctor about growth, puberty, pain or any health concern, and before changing diet or exercise. Nutrition values are approximate.

3. Subscriptions and free trial

• GoPeak requires an auto-renewing subscription ("GoPeak Premium") to access the app after onboarding. Plans and prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the trial). Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it or interfere with its operation.

5. Accounts

An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account.

6. Intellectual property

GoPeak, its logo and content are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes under the Apple EULA.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.

9. Apple

Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.
